Captain Nigar Sultana Jyoti has fallen two places in the batting rankings, now positioned at 17. Murshida Khatun has dropped five places to rank 53.
Other players like Salma Khatun, Shamima Sultana, and Farzana Haque also saw a decline without playing. In batting, Australia’s Tahlia McGrath continues to hold the top spot, followed by West Indies’ Hayley Matthews and South Africa’s Laura Wolvaardt in the rankings.
In bowling, Rabiya Khan remains in the top ten, holding the eighth position without any change. Right-arm pacer Marufa Akter climbed two spots to 27, and left-arm spinner Nahida Akter improved two places to 31. Sultana Khatun made a significant leap, moving up five spots to 84.
Players like Sanjida Akter Meghla, Fahima Khatun, Salma Khatun, Jahanara Alam, and Rumana Ahmed also faced declines in their rankings. England’s Sophie Ecclestone continues to lead the bowling rankings, with India’s Deepti Sharma and Pakistan’s Sadia Iqbal in second and third, respectively.
Despite not playing, all-rounder Salma Khatun dropped four places to 20, but Rabiya Khan and Marufa Akter saw improvements, reaching 35 and 71, respectively. Hailey Matthews tops this list, with New Zealand’s Amelia Kerr and Australia’s Ashleigh Gardner following closely.
