The results of the 18th Teacher Registration Preliminary Examination have been announced, with a total of 479,981 candidates passing at both the school and college levels. The overall pass rate for the participants is 35.80 percent.
The results were published on Wednesday, May 15, at 7:30 PM on the website of the Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA).
The preliminary examination for the 18th Teacher Registration was held on March 15. The exams for the school/equivalent level and school level-2 were conducted from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM in 24 district cities across 8 divisions of the country. The college-level exam took place from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM on the same day. A total of 1,865,719 candidates applied to participate in the examination.
According to the NTRCA’s results announcement notice, 1,340,833 candidates appeared for the examination out of the 1,865,719 applicants. Out of those, 479,981 candidates passed the preliminary examination. Among them, 29,519 passed at the school-2 level, 221,652 at the school level, and 228,813 at the college level, resulting in an overall pass rate of 35.80 percent.
Candidates can check their results by entering their registration exam roll and batch number on the NTRCA website. Additionally, Teletalk will send the results via SMS to the candidates’ mobile numbers.
