The interim government is set to take the oath on Thursday evening or night, as stated by Army Chief Walker-uz-Zaman. He mentioned that the swearing-in could occur by the evening or around 8 PM tomorrow.
He announced this during a speech from the army headquarters on Wednesday, August 7.
He stated that Dr. Yunus would assume his role as the Chief Advisor of the interim government tomorrow. He will arrive in the afternoon, and I will receive him.
He believes that the current absence of police will be resolved soon. He also urged everyone not to believe in rumors and to remain calm.
